On average, the entire process can take anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months. There a few factors to consider, and we like to start by learning more about the business we are working with and aligning ourselves with their goals. From their we move into research of competitors and the local market. The next transition is into the design mockups where we have consistent communication to ensure the direction the project is headed is still aligned with the customer. Finally, we go into development and ensure everything is functioning and up to our high standards. Launch time!

How many changes am I allowed to make?
Throughout the entire process there is a consisent communication and checkpoints where clients are encouraged to provide some feedback. After many years in business we have found that these preset checkpoints help the project move forward efficiently and allow for clients ample time and ability to provide any feedback so they are more than happy with the final results.
Will I own my domain and hosting? What if I want to move hosting platforms?
Your domain and hosting is 100% yours. We do provide domain and hosting services if that's what you would prefer, but it's always up to the client. That means we would purchase the domain and hosting services for your web project, but you still own them and can move them as you please.
How do you accept payment?
We accept payment through PayPal, credit card, or a check.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for larger projects. Most require 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% once the project is completed and approved for launch.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit for all projects before we begin work. The deposit amount will be determined based on the scope of the project.

Can I cancel the project after it has started?
